What Claude Motion Graphics Delivers

Each piece is assembled as code from a Motion template, so it plays like a short video while every word, figure and timing cue remains editable.

  • Animation Written as Code, Not Shot as Footage
Claude animates the text, charts, shapes and images inside your file through code, so it never fabricates live-action footage or human subjects.
  • Every Result Saves to Artifacts
Whatever you make is stored automatically in the Artifacts tab, ready to reopen, refine further or share again later.
  • Change One Detail, Keep Every Other Scene
Because the animation is code, swapping a word, a number or a timing cue leaves the rest of the piece exactly as it was.

How Claude Motion Graphics Comes Together

Go from a written brief to a finished animation in three steps, then export or share the result.

Claude Motion Graphics Capabilities

From grounding every scene in your own files to deciding who can watch it, here is what the workflow covers.

Grounded in Your Own Material

Feed in your report, dataset or visuals, then tell Claude the audience, the venue and an approximate runtime for a stronger result.

Revisions Through Chat

Ask for a slower second scene or a new Q3 figure, and the change is applied without rebuilding the entire animation.

Hands-On Editor Control

Prefer to work manually? Adjust the animation yourself in the editor instead of describing every tweak.

MP4 Export

Click Export and choose MP4 to download the finished piece for an all-hands, a board deck or customer onboarding.

Private Until You Share It

Animations start visible only to you; open one and click Share to send it out, including across your organization.

Plan and Admin Controls

It runs in beta on Team and Enterprise, switched on by an Owner in Organization settings > Artifacts, with group limits via custom roles.

FAQ

Claude Motion Graphics: Common Questions

Answers on plan availability, editing, MP4 export, privacy and usage limits.

1

Which plans include it, and is it on by default?

It is beta on Team and Enterprise plans. Team keeps it on by default; Enterprise leaves it off until an Owner enables it in Organization settings > Artifacts.

2

Does it generate realistic footage or people?

No. It does not use a video generation model, so there is no live-action footage or human subject — text, charts, shapes and images are animated as code.

3

Can I change one word, number or timing without a rebuild?

Yes. Since each piece is code, a single detail can be swapped and the other scenes stay exactly where they were.

4

How do I download or share the finished animation?

Click Export and choose MP4 to download it, or open the animation and click Share — it stays private to you until you do.

5

How does it affect my usage limit?

Animations count toward your plan limits like any other work in Claude, and a long or intricate piece draws more than a routine message.

6

Can admins control access or who reaches human support?

Owners toggle it in Organization settings > Artifacts and can scope it to groups; Enterprise admins can also name support contacts to decide which members reach human support.
