It's a video model from fal Research, created on top of Black Forest Labs' FLUX 3. Black Forest Labs supplied the foundation; fal contributed the extra training, the inference stack and the infrastructure.
How does post-training differ from ordinary training?
You begin with a completed checkpoint and keep teaching it on additional data. The base already understands light, motion and framing; the extra pass tightens prompt following and final polish.
