Pika H3 Flex, explained without the hype

Its sampler draws frames and sound in one pass; we host the weights, so all you need is a browser tab.

  • Built on a rebuilt MiniMax H3
The October 29, 2026 release samples in six steps, delivering 5–15 second footage at 24 fps with stereo sound captured inside the same pass.
  • Prompts, plus optional frames
Give it a written scene, a first frame, a last frame, or any mix — enough to bring a photo to life or connect two shots.
  • Runs in the cloud, not on your rig
If you own the hardware, the LoRA weights sit on a 33B base inside ComfyUI; otherwise the heavy lifting happens on our servers, straight from your browser tab.

Three moves from idea to finished MP4

Every render runs the same tight loop: write it, set it, save it.

What you get with Pika H3 Flex

Six details that decide how a finished clip actually feels, from the soundtrack to what happens when a run fails.

Audio generated alongside frames

Dialogue, music, effects and ambience come out of the same pass as the visuals, so there is no separate mixing step.

Fast sampling, more attempts

Because each pass is brief, you can try three or four readings of one moment and keep the strongest.

Draft low, finish high

Test an idea at 480p or 768p, then push the winner to 1080p, 2K or 4K — audio and frame rate carry over untouched.

A ratio for every screen

Pick 21:9, 16:9, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4 or 9:16 up front, so one idea can serve a widescreen cut, a square post or a vertical short.

Prompt enhancer, on or off

Let the enhancer flesh out a one-line idea, or turn it off and your long, precise prompt is obeyed word for word.

Failed runs cost nothing

If a render crashes, times out or is blocked by moderation, the credits go straight back to your balance; only completed clips are billed.

FAQ

Pika H3 Flex: common questions

Straight answers on pricing, length limits, lip sync and running the weights yourself.

1

What is Pika H3 Flex, and when was it released?

A rebuilt MiniMax H3 from Pika, dated October 29, 2026: six-step sampling, 5–15 second clips at 24 fps, stereo sound produced in the same pass, and LoRA weights released openly.

2

Is this the official Pika Labs site?

No. This is an independent browser studio running the Pika H3 Flex model, with its own credits, automatic refunds and download history — not affiliated with Pika Labs or MiniMax.

3

What does a single video cost in credits?

Billing is per second: 480p 2, 768p 4, 1080p 7, 2K 8, 4K 16 credits. A 5s 768p render is 20 credits; 15s at 4K is 240 — the total appears before you confirm.

4

What is the maximum clip length?

Every render lasts 5, 10 or 15 seconds at 24 fps. Longer sequences are assembled from several generations, shot by shot.

5

Can I install the weights and run it in ComfyUI?

Yes — the LoRA weights work on the 33B base in ComfyUI or diffusers, but a 5s 480p clip needs roughly 66–69 GiB of VRAM and 211 GB of disk, so most people stay on the hosted version.

6

How do I get a character to speak with accurate lip sync?

Wrap the exact line in quotation marks, name who says it, then list voice, ambience and effects after Sound:. Speech and mouth movement are generated in the same pass.
